中文摘要: 以亚洲部长级减灾大会的主要成果为基础,从减灾合作机制、适应气候变化、弱势群体和技术体系等方面分析亚洲减灾战略的演变轨迹,并从灾害风险适应、巨灾风险减轻和社区减灾工程角度初步提出减灾的发展趋势.可为揭示明晰灾害风险管理思路,更有针对性地开展科学研究与政策制定提供参考.
英文摘要: Evolution track of disaster risk reduction(DRR)strategy in Asia was analyzed from the aspects of cooperation in disaster reduction mechanism,with adaption to climate change and vulnerable groups in DRR and technology system.This was based main on achievements of five Asian ministerial conferences on disaster risk reduction.A trend of DRR strategy development was put forward from the perspectives of disaster risk adaptation,large-scale disaster risk reduction and community-based disaster risk reduction.It provides references to reveal clear disaster risk management ideas and to carry out scientific research and policy-making on DRR.
