The kinematics equation of the planetary synodic index was created, and based on it, a cycle of 22-year was determined for Sun motion round the mass center of the solar system. This period is highly correlated to the 22-year cycle of the upper atmospheric temperature of the northern hemisphere. On the premise of the conservation of angular momentum in the whole solar system, the sum of angular momentums between Sun motion round the center of solar system and solar rotation is conservative. Through their transformation between the angular momentums between Sun motion round the center of solar system and solar rotation, we found the corresponding relations between the planet juncture index and variation of the upper atmospheric temperature of Earth. In addition, we studied the relations between the upper atmospheric temperature change and the solar activity, and discussed the genetic mechanism of global climate change.
