中文摘要: 面对全球变暖产生的资源和环境问题,将碳核算范围延伸至供应链上下游,对碳足迹进行供应链视角的核算,以便更准确地度量整个链上活动的碳排放量,对有效地实施节能减碳具有重要的意义.结合供应链管理理论及气象学理论,考虑碳足迹气体的扩散特性,应用高斯模式和拉格朗日K模式分别建立了供应链静态排放源和动态排放源的碳足迹通用计算模型.以纺织服装供应链的碳足迹计算为例,对模型进行了仿真计算.结果表明,这种细化到供应链企业单个活动、单个流程的碳足迹的计算,能够从更微观的视角度量碳足迹,为制定合理的供应链低碳管理策略提供理论依据.
英文摘要: Facing the global warming and environmental issues,the carbon footprint calculation should be extended to the whole supply chain in order to accurately calculate greenhouse gas emissions on every operative activity,and reduce their carbon emissions.Based on the theory of supply chain management and meteorology,and considering carbon footprint gas diffusion characteristics,this paper focuses on a kind of calculation method of carbon footprint.The research establishes the carbon footprint calculation model of fixed emission sources and dynamic emission sources of supply chain using the Gaussian and Lagrangian K model,respectively.A simplified numerical example of textile and apparel supply chain validates and illustrates the proposed approach.Thus,the supply chain enterprise individual activities are elaborated,the carbon footprint calculation of a single process,can more refine to measure carbon emissions.The result can be helpful to make a reasonable low carbon supply chain management strategy.
