中文摘要: 对三维荧光光谱(excitation emission matrix spectroscopy,EEMs)应用于海水中有色可溶性有机物(chromophoricdissolved organic matter,CDOM)分析进行了综述。阐明了海水中CDOM在海洋生物地球化学循环和气候变化中的重要作用,指出了传统分析方法的不足,论述了EEMs 用于CDOM 分析的优势和不足,总结了国内外在该领域的研究概况,详述了影响海水中CDOM 三维荧光光谱特性的主要影响因素,最后对EEMs 技术在海水CDOM 分析中应用的前景和待解决的问题进行了展望。
英文摘要: A review of the excitation emission matrix spectroscopy (EEMs)applied in the analysis of chromophoricdissolved organic matter(CDOM)is presented. In this review, the important roles of CDOM in marine biogeochemical cycles and climate change have been motioned. The various advantages/disadvantages and limitations of traditional techniques and EEMs to characterize CDOM have been exposed. A concise summarize of the literature in this field over the past decade has been compiled. Finally, the future developments and problems to be solved of EEMs in CDOM were expected.
