中文摘要: 定量分析和测算能源消费的碳排放,是全球气候变化研究领域重要的基础工作之一。研究基于1980-2008年时间序列的统计数据,采用对数平均迪氏分解法,定量分析湖北省一次能源消费的碳排放驱动因素。研究认为经济快速发展是人均二氧化碳排放增长的主要驱动因素,而能源效率的变化则是人均碳排放增长的主要拉低因素,湖北省的能源消费结构比较单一、大量依赖煤炭,所以能源消费结构没有变化对人均碳排放量变化影响不大。根据以上结论,建议加大力度,优化产业结构、调整能源结构和提高能源效率,从3个层面采取措施实行低碳发展。
英文摘要: Quantitative analysis and measurement of energy consumption of carbon emissions is the basis of global climate change. In this research,logarithmic mean weigh divisia method was used to analyze the carbon emission of primary energy consumption based on the 1980-2008 time series of statistical data. It was found that economic development is the major factor increasing the carbon emission. And energy efficiency is the major inhibiting factor. Meanwhile energy consumption structure had little effect. Then it was suggested that Hubei can develop low-carbon economics by optimizing the industrial structure,adjusting the energy consumption structure and improving energy efficiency.
