The use of species distribution model and conservation planning software together can be applied to the protection of endanger plants, which can not only work out the uncertainty of species distributions under climate change, but also provide the suggestions such as in-situ and ex-situ conservation for endangered plants. The records of Taxus cuspidata occurrence localities was collected, and then MaxEnt was used to predict the current and future potential distribution areas using climate variables. The climate change could not decrease the areas of potential distribution, but make them move. Zonation was applied to plan the priority protection areas of T. cuspidata in relation to climate change and assessed the conservation ability of each nature reserve through gap analysis. The resutls showed Songhuajiangsanhu and Changbaishan make a great contributions to T. cuspidata conservation that the areas of them are 1966.60km2 and 750.69km2, respectively. The feasible areas for T. cuspidata to take in-situ or ex-situ conservation were delimited.
