吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国地处中亚东北部,天山山脉西麓,与新疆阿克苏地区接壤,研究其气象干旱时空特征对于了解中亚气象与环境变化,应对新疆气象与环境将出现的演变都具有一定的意义。基于英国East Anglia大学Climatic Research Unit(CRU)提供的1971-2000年的数据资料,并结合来自世界气象组织(WMO)的9个吉尔吉斯斯坦气象站点国际交换数据,利用PDSI干旱指数的空间分布和年际间变化特点,分析了吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国近30 a的气象干旱时空特征。结果表明:吉尔吉斯斯坦在空间上除东北角呈湿润等级,西北角呈干旱等级外,大部分区域处于干湿正常等级;全国四季干湿适当,大部分区域处于干湿正常等级;而在时间上吉尔吉斯斯坦西北部逐渐湿润化,而东南部逐渐干旱化,区域特征明显。

Kyrgyzstan Republic is located in Central Asia northeast, Tianshan Mountains Western, bordering with Akesu area in Xinjiang. The paper studied the spatial and temporal characteristics of arid climate. It has a certain significance to understand and deal with climate and environmental evolution of Central Asia and Xinjiang. Based on the CRU (Climatic Research Unit) and WMO (World Meteorogical Organization) data during 1971-2000 in Kyrgyzstan Republic region, and using the PDSI drought index of the spatial distribution and annual change characteristics, the paper analyzed the characteristics of climate change in Kyrgyzstan for nearly 30 years. The results show most areas in Kyrgyzstan are in normal level of drought and wetness , but the northwest corner is in moist level, and northwest corner is in drought level;the four seasons of the country are in suitable dry and wet conditions, and most regions are in normal level of drought and wetness. Temporally, it has obvious regional characteristics, in which the northwest is gradually wet and the southeast is gradually dry.
