In order to provide climate basis for sustainable development of agriculture, rational development of agricultural production and utilization of climate resources in Shihezi, the author analyzed the climate change characteristics of annual average temperature, the monthly average temperature, annual maximum and minimum temperature during 1954 to 2011 in Shihezi, Xinjiang. The results showed that: the annual average temperature, monthly average temperature, annual maximum and minimum temperature were upward trend; the monthly average temperatures was upward trend too; the mutation point of annual average temperature was in 1986, the mutation point of annual maximum temperature was in 1976, the mutation point of annual minimum temperature was in 1981, and each had a respective cycle characteristics.
