In order to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution and impact of meteorological factors of frozen soil, the author used the frozen soil observational data of 4 meteorological stations in Shihezi Region. The results showed: in the context of global warming, nearly all stations gradually reduced the maximum depth of frozen soil, but the extent of reduce was inconsistency, which was Mosuowan station reduced significantly,Shihezi Station followed it, Paotai and Wulanwusu Station changed obvious in the recent 50 years, Shihezi freeze start date was the earliest, Mosuowan most late; Paotai thaw latest, Mosuowan earliest; the duration of frozen soil, except Mosuowan gradually increased, the other station gradually reduced. The average winter temperature and maximum snow depth were the major factors affecting of frozen soil.
