中文摘要: 目的探讨极端气候条件下大鼠肺脏部分免疫指标的变化机制。方法采用人工气候模拟系统模拟气温骤升、气温骤降、持续高温、持续低温、高温高湿、常温高湿6种极端气候天气。采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法)检测支气管肺泡灌注液 (BALF)和肺脏组织中相关免疫物质的含量。结果肺组织中的褪黑素 (MT)和白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)在气温骤变的过程中存在显著性差异 (P < 0.05),在持续高温组中存在显著性差异 (P < 0.05),在持续低温组中有非常显著性的差异 (P < 0.01) 。肺泡灌注液中的白细胞介素-6 (IL-6) 、分泌型IgA (sIgA)在气温骤变的过程中均不存在显著性差异 (P > 0.05),在持续高温、持续低温、高温高湿、常温高湿4个极端气候条件下存在显著影响 (P < 0.05),高温高湿组和常温高湿组的含量高于持续高温组和持续低温组的含量。结论极端气候变化对大鼠肺脏免疫功能存在着不同程度的影响,不同的干预因素引起机体相应的免疫因子进行应答。
英文摘要: Objective To explore the mechanism of immune function in rats lung exposed to the extreme climate conditions. Methods Altogether six extreme climate conditions of sharp increase in temperature,sudden drop in temperature,continued high temperature,continued low temperature,high temperature with high humidity and normal temperature with high humidity,were obtained by using artificial climate simulation system. Melatonin (MT),interleukin-10 (IL-10),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and secretory IgA (sIgA) extracted from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and lung tissues were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The content of MT and IL-10 from lung tissue decreased significantly in the process of sudden changes in temperature (P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in continued high temperature group and continued low temperature group (P < 0.05,P < 0.01). IL-6 and sIgA from BALF showed no significant differences in the process of sudden changes in temperature,while which changed significantly in continued high temperature group,continued low temperature group,high temperature with high humidity group and normal temperature with high humidity group (P < 0.05),furthermore,those in both high humidity groups were more than continued high temperature group and continued low temperature group. Conclusion The extreme climate conditions influence lung immune function differently by the way of corresponding response of different immune factors.
