The data from Shihezi Meteorological Bureau in Xinjiang Province during the period of 1960 - 2010 was applied to analyze the climate changes in Shihezi city. The results showed that the precipitation and the temperature increased but the evaporation decreased. Along with annual mean temperature's increase during 1999 - 2010, the date for the beginning of frost was obviously postponed; and the date for the end of frost presented stable and early trend. The frost - free time presented prolonged tendency. The accumulated temperature of ≥0℃ and≥10℃ presented increasing trend.
