This paper took the meteorological data for 5 years (namely from October 2, 2005 to June 10, 2010), such as monthly precipitation data, daily mean temperature, daily maximum temperature, minimum temperature data and other meteorological data from various villages and towns in Daiyue District Tai'an City, Shandong Province to combine with the information on soil data and terrain data and tried to employ Geo-statistical interpolation method of meteorological factors-Kriging interpolation method, the weighted comprehensive evaluation method, AHP and other methods to study the features of spatial distribution relating to terrain factor and soil factors, and thus figured out the agricultural regionalization of refined wheat on them. The results showed that the areas suiting for planting winter wheat mainly located in central and southwestern towns and scattered parts of other towns in Daiyue District. However, it was unsuitable area to plant winter wheat in the higher altitudes around the Culai town, Xiagang, Huangqian, the north region of Taishan District. This paper could help to optimize production layout for the local wheat, improve cropping systems and give out a reference for wheat layout of tackling climate change policy.
