A laboratory soil incubation experiment was carried out to study characteristics of mineralization rate of soil organic carbon(SOC)under different land use types(paddy field, upland, tea garden, orchard and plantation)and at different temperatures(5℃,15℃,25℃and 35℃).The mineralization process of soil organic carbon was fitted by double exponential equation. The main object of this study is to investigate the effects of land use type on the characteristics and temperature sensitivity(Q_(10))of SOC mineralization. The results showed that:(1)At the same temperature, the cumulative release amount of soil organic carbon mineralization under different land use types listed in the following order:Plantation>orchards>paddy field>tea garden>upland.(2)SOC mineralization rate increased with the increasing incubation temperature. The kinetic coefficient for active carbon decomposition(K_alpha)did not show a clear tendency at different incubation temperatures, while kinetic coefficient for slow carbon decomposition(K_s)grew exponentially with the increasing incubation temperature(R~2>0.98).(3)The temperature sensitivity of soil organic carbon mineralization(Q_(10))differed under different land use types, which followed the order:Paddy field>tea garden>orchards>upland>plantation. Our findings indicated that land use type could affect SOC mineralization rate, resulting in changes in the content of soil organic matter.Moreover,Q_(10) value was higher in paddy field, which indicated that SOC mineralization rate of paddy field was more sensitive to global warming.
