中文摘要: 为更全面的了解全球气候变化驱动下高山生态系统的结构和功能,在青藏高原东部设计原位试验,通过人工控制雪被厚度(0,30,100 cm)和凋落物数量(0,5,20 g窄叶鲜卑花叶片),分别测定了土壤微生物生物量碳氮含量和土壤呼吸通量。结果显示: 30 cm以上的雪被厚度能有效地起到绝热保温作用,显著减少了冻融交替次数和幅度,提高了土壤呼吸通量。微生物生物量碳氮的改变对凋落物输入的响应呈现不同规律;添加凋落物没有导致微生物生物量碳含量的明显改变,却显著降低了微生物生物量氮含量,并引起了土壤呼吸通量的升高。这说明在全球气候变化背景下,冬季雪被覆盖和凋落物添加(碳输入)可以通过影响在物质循环中起主要作用的土壤微生物活性,从而对高山生态系统过程产生重要的影响。
英文摘要: In order to more comprehensively understand the alpine ecosystems structure and function under the background of global climate change,in situ soil incubations in three different snow depth(0,30,100 cm) and litter addition(0,5,20 g Sibiraea angustata leaf litter) were designed to measure the MBC content,MBN content and soil respiration in the eastern Tibetan Plateau. The research result demonstrated that more than 30 cm snow cover could effectively insulate soil and atmosphere, significantly reduce the amplitude and frequency of freeze-thawing cycle and significantly increase soil respiration. Litter input decreased microbial biomass nitrogen content,while increased soil respiration. The research results showed that snow cover and litter input(carbon input) in winter influence directly soil microbial activity which playing an important role in material cycle,and then upon the soil ecosystem processes in the alpine ecosystem.
