中文摘要: 大力发展可再生能源是全球及我国应对能源资源紧张、环境恶化、气候变暖的重要手段。该文考虑可再生能源发电的随机性、间歇性等特征,建立了适应高比例可再生能源发展的新型电力规划及生产模拟模型;对我国2050年可再生能源发展情景展开研究,提出了我国2050年的电源结构及跨区电力流规模,并进行了综合效益评估;同时给出了我国高比例可再生能源发展路径及相关政策建议。
英文摘要: In order to deal with the shortage of the energy resources, the environment deterioration and the global warming, it is necessary and important to develop the renewable energy rapidly for all the countries in the world including China. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the renewable energy generation such as randomness and intermittence, the new models of the power planning and production simulation were built; the study of the power source structure and power flow of China in 2050 and its comprehensive benefit evaluation was proposed; the roadmap of the high penetration renewable energy in China and the relevant policy suggestions were also put forward.
