Under the background of global warming,in order to provide scientific basis for ecological environment construction and regional agricultural development of Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi. Based on the daily average temperature data collected from 71 weather stations in Qinling Mountains from 1961 to 2010, the methods like meteorological data of spatial analysis, Mann-kendall and Morelt wavelet analysis are used to analyze the thermal resources variation of accumulative temperature, interval days, first day and last day, with which daily temperature steadily above 0 ℃. The aim was to provide scientific evidence for the regional ecological environmental construction and agriculture development. The results showed that the interval days and accumulated temperature of the daily temperature above 0 ℃ steadily increased. The first day was early, but the last day was delayed. In addition, the changing speed of the first day in the northern Qinling mountain was slower than that of the southern region. The rate of the internal days, last day and accumulative temperature of daily temperature above 0 ℃ in northern Qingling mountains were quicker than those in southern area. Variation of the internal days, last day and accumulated temperature of daily temperature above 0 ℃ in Northern Qinling Mountain were higher than those of South part. However,the first day of daily temperature above 0 ℃ in Northern Qinling Mountain was lower than that of south. The abrupt change of the internal days,accumulated temperature, first day and last day of daily temperature above 0 ℃ in Northern Qinling Mountain appeared in 1997,1997,1972 and 1997 respectively. In contrast, they appeared in 2003,1997,1976 and 1997 respectively in Southern Qinling Mountain. The accumulated temperature of ≥0 ℃ in Qinling Mountain had similar spatial variation and increasing trend.
