中文摘要: 收集北京中医药大学东直门医院1998年1月1日至2007年12月31日肺炎和支气管炎的住院患者病历档案3652例及北京市观象台16项气象要素(包括日平均气温、日极端最高气温、日极端最低气温、日平均相对湿度、日最小相对湿度、日平均水汽压、日降水量、日平均风速、舒适度、气温变化趋势、水汽压变化趋势、相对湿度变化趋势、风速变化趋势、降水量变化趋势、低云量变化趋势、舒适度变化趋势)资料,应用非线性回归方法分析出46组与呼吸道疾病关系密切的前期气象因子,建立18个主时六气的呼吸道疾病预报方程,预报呼吸道疾病发病趋势为较多等级的准确率达75%~100%,预报呼吸道疾病发病趋势为较少等级的准确率为60%~86%,因此呼吸道疾病发病趋势可以根据前期气象变化进行预报。
英文摘要: The authors collected 3652 medical records of hospitalized patients with pneumonia and bronchitis from Dongzhimen hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine from January 1, 1998 to December 31,2007, and data of 16 meteorological elements from Beijing Observatory (including daily average temperature, daily extreme maximum temperature, daily extreme minimum temperature, daily average relative humidity, daily minimum relative humidity, daily average vapor pressure, daily precipitation, daily average wind speed, comfort level, change trend of temperature, change trend of vapor pressure, change trend of relative humidity, change trend of wind speed, change trend of precipitation, change trend of low cloud cover, change trend of comfort level). The authors used the nonlinear regression method to analyze 46 groups of the earlier stage meteorological factors closely related to respiratory disease.We established 18 respiratory disease forecast equations about main time of six climates to forecast incidence trends of respiratory disease as the more level of accuracy to 75% ~ 100% and the less level of accuracy to 60% ~ 86%. So incidence trends of respiratory disease can be predicted according to the preliminary climate change.
