中文摘要: 海洋中的溶解性有机质(DOM)是全球碳循环中的重要组成部分,其在全球生物地球化学循环以及区域生态系统对气候的响应方面起着重要的作用.由于DOM组成和结构的复杂性以及海水的高含盐量,导致分离和表征海水DOM存在困难.中国是世界上最大的海水养殖国家,但目前对我国海水养殖中DOM的分离以及表征尚不多见.本研究采用电渗析耦合反渗透(ED/RO)法从海参养殖海水中分离DOM,其溶解性有机碳(DOC)的提取效率为66. 8%.通过对原始海水和分离DOM的紫外-可见吸收光谱、光谱斜率进行比较,以及对分离DOM的C∶ N物质的量之比的测定,证明ED/RO法可有效地从海参养殖海水中分离出具有代表性的 DOM样品.本研究有助于揭示我国近海养殖区DOM在区域碳循环中的循环和转化过程.
英文摘要: Oceanic dissolved organic matter(DOM) is important for global biogeochemical cycles and also plays important roles in the response of ecosystems to climate change. However,isolation and characterization of DOM from seawaters is still not readily achieved due to the complexity of DOM in its composition and structure as well as high salinity of seawaters. China is a country with the biggest mariculture yield. However,the isolation and characterization of DOM in mariculture seawaters is far less well studied. In this study,we employed coupled electrodialysis /reverse osmosis(ED/RO) to isolate DOM from mariculture seawaters. Results indicate the recovery of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) was 66. 8%. Scaled UV-Vis absorption spectra,spectral slopes,and the molar C ∶ N ratio indicate that the isolated samples represent DOM in the source mariculture seawaters. This study is helpful to unveil the cycling and transformation of DOM in the coastal seawaters of China.
