中文摘要: 当前中国能源产业特别是煤化工行业在发展过程中需要消耗大量的淡水资源,同时排放了大量的CO_2,严重挑战中国的气候变化应对和节能减排目标的实现。CO_2捕集封存联合增强地下深部咸卤水开采及综合利用(CCS-EWR)技术可以实现在封存CO_2的同时,能将地下深部咸水引入到地面实现咸水的资源化,该技术在煤化工行业具有巨大的应用潜力。本文选取鄂尔多斯地区煤化工行业的百万吨级的CO_2捕集与封存示范项目,探讨CCS-EWR全流程项目的经济可行性。案例研究表明,该技术能够有效抵消CCS技术高昂的成本,在我国中西部严重缺水地区可大规模应用,在高效利用情况下经济上也具有一定的可行性。
英文摘要: During the development of energy industry,particularly coal chemical industry in China,a large amount of freshwater are consumed and huge CO_2 emission is generated,which significantly affects the realization of Chinas climate change adaptation, energy-saving and emission reduction targets. The technology of carbon dioxide capture and storage combined with enhanced deep saline water recovery(CCS-EWR) and comprehensive saline water utilization can not only help the sequestration of CO_2 but also utilize saline water through extracting the saline water to the ground. The CCS-EWR technology has great potential in development and application of coal chemistry. In this study, the economic feasibility of full-chain CCS-EWR project is discussed based on a case of one million tones CO_2 capture and storage demonstration project in Ordos. The result show that this technology can effectively offset the high cost of CCS. Large scale applicaiton of this technology in midwest of China is not only technical feasible but also economic feasible in western China.
