中文摘要: 温室气体的排放直接导致了气候变化,为保证人类的生存坏境,减少碳排放、调整能源结构、推动行业的能源转型势在必行。建筑业是国民经济重要的支柱产业,其本身的能源消耗和碳排放量不是很高,但其上下游关联产业带来的相关能耗和碳排放量则不可小觑。在国内外学者研究成果的基础上,提出了基于全产业链视角的包括生产和消费两个环节的广义建筑碳排放的内涵,并基于投入产出模型,结合统计数据,进行了全产业链视角下的建筑碳排放测算,得出了广义建筑碳排放的分布特征,总结提出了全产业链建筑碳排放量的宏观测算方法;在此基础上进行了总量结构分析,揭示了广义建筑碳排放在节能减排中的重要地位,提出了基于供给侧改革情景下的政策建议。
英文摘要: Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions influences climate change directly. To protect the human survival circumstance, it is imperative to reduce carbon emission, adjust the energy structure, and promote energy transaction. The construction industry is a mainstay industry of the national economy. Construction industry is a typical " low carbon outside, high carbon inside" industry. If only focusing on building construction industry itself, the energy consumption as well as the carbon emission level are not very high, however, the process combines with lots of correlative industries which will cause more carbon emission than it seems to be. Based on domestic and foreign research, the paper talks about the generalized perspective of carbon emission in the whole construction industry chain by analyzing industry's production and consumption parts, as well as based on the input-output model, combining statistics data, the construction carbon emission calculation under the perspective of whole industry chain is carried out. From this process, a macroscopic method of carbon emissions in the construction industry chain is proposed, the proportion of carbon emission in the industry chain is analyzed, the importance of energy conservation and carbon emissions reduction in the industry chain is revealed, and some reform policies from the supply side are mentioned.
