英文摘要: Summarizing the achievements of over 20 years in global human settlements, "Habitat III" is an important practice and support to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The New Urban Agenda proposes fully giving play to the positive role of urbanization through good social governance structure, reasonable planning and design, and effective financial support, so as to respond to climate change, social differentiation, and other global challenges. The New Urban Agenda advocates an urban paradigm that is socially inclusive, well-planned, regenerative and resilient, and prosperous, which puts forward new challenges to urban and territorial planning worldwide.
