中文摘要: 植被净初级生产力(NPP)与物候变化的关系对研究区域生态系统进程具有重要意义。该文首先基于 GIMMS NDVI3g数据集、气象数据和植被类型图,采用遥感估算模型估算了中国东北地区植被NPP;然后利用多项式拟合法对NDVI时序数据进行重建,并采用动态阈值法提取了植被物候期;最后分析了植被NPP与物候的关系。结果表明:1)1982-2013年东北地区植被平均NPP在100~700 gC·m~(-2)·a~(-1)之间,大部分耕地和林地的NPP呈增加趋势;草地、草甸、农林交错带植被的NPP主要呈减少趋势。2)耕地的生长季起始日期在第121~150天,生长季结束日期在第271~280天,生长季长度集中在120~150 d,且呈缩短趋势;大部分林地的生长季起始日期在第100~120天,生长季结束日期随地域不同差别较大,主要在第261~290天,且生长季长度呈延长趋势。3)耕地和草地植被的NPP和生长季起始日期主要呈正相关,与生长季结束日期和生长季长度呈负相关;灌丛的NPP与生长季起始日期呈负相关,与生长季长度呈正相关;落叶针叶林、落叶阔叶林、草甸的NPP与生长季起始(结束)日期以及生长季长度的关系因其所处的地理位置不同存在差异。整体而言,东北地区植被 NPP与物候的响应规律较为复杂,呈现出明显的植被类型差别及空间差异性,尚需考虑引入地形、群落结构等因子进行深入研究。
英文摘要: The relationship between NPP and phenological changes is of great significance to the study of regional ecosystem processes. In this paper, firstly, NPP was estimated with remote sensing models based on GIMMS NDVI3g dataset, meteorological data and the vegetation map in Northeast China. Then phenology was identified with a dynamic threshold method based on NDVI time series which was reconstruct by polynomial function. Finally, the relationship between NPP and phenology was analyzed. Conclusions can be drawn as follows : 1) During 1982 to 2013, the mean NPP ranged from 100 to 700 gC ·m~(-2) ·a~(-1) in Northeast China. The NPP of the most area of farmland and forestland had an increasing trend(0~50 gC ·m~(-2)·a~(-1)). The NPP of grassland,meadow,and forest-agriculture ecotones showed a decreasing trend(0~100 gC ·m~(-2)·a~(-1)). 2) In the farmland, the start of the growing season was located between DOY 121 and 150, the end of the growing season was located between DOY 271 and 280,and the length of the growing season ranged from 120 to 150 days which had a decreasing trend(1~30 days). In most of forestland,the start of the growing season was located between DOY 100 and 120,the end of the growing season varied greatly with region and mainly ranged from 261 to 290 days,and the length of the growing season showed an increasing trend(1 ~30 days). 3)There was a positive correlation between NPP and the start of the growing season in farmland and grassland,and negatively correlated with the end of the growing season and the length of the growing season, which was mainly due to the influence of man-made. Especially, the vigorous growth period of farmland was mainly from July to September, thus NPP increased in this period The NPP of shrubland was negatively correlated with the start of the growing season, and positively correlated with the length of the growing season. The relationships between NPP and phenological indicators (the start of the growing season, the end of the growing season, the length of the growing season) were different due to their geographical location in deciduous needle-leaf forest and deciduous broad-leaf forest and meadow. For the forestland and meadow, the values of NDVI showed different trends in different areas from June to September, which indicated that NPP was not only related to the growth of vegetation in the vigorous growth period,but also may be related to climate change and other factors in recent years. On the whole, the responses of vegetation NPP to phenology in Northeast China were more complex, showing obvious difference of vegetation types and spatial variability,and the topography, community structure and other factors were still needed to be considered in-depth study.
