英文摘要: The global warming is currently a severe issue all around the world, and CO_2 receives much attention as one of the leading greenhouse gases, especially for its steadily increasing concentration in the atmosphere. Metal-CO_2 batteries represent an alternative approach towards clean recycling and utilization of CO_2, which can balance the release of CO_2 into the environment with the increasing world energy demand. After a systematic review of the development process and current status about metal-CO_2 batteries, the challenges and perspectives were discussed towards the future development.
