中文摘要: 为寻找温室效应指数(GWP)低的SF_6替代气体,研究了c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2混合气体的绝缘性能,在球板电极下进行了不同间隙距离、不同气压、不同气体体积分数的c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2混合气体工频击穿实验。同时进行了SF_6、c-C_4F_8、N_2和CO_2的对比实验,并对击穿之后的分解产物进行了检测。实验结果表明:c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2混合气体的击穿电压值都随着间隙距离、气压和c-C_4F_8体积分数的增加而增加;c-C_4F_8气体与N_2、CO_2之间均存在协同效应;稍不均匀场中O.lMPa气压下的c-C_4F_8体积分数为30%的c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2混合气体的绝缘性能分别约为SF_6的75%和79%; 5%~30%体积分数的c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2的协同效应系数分别在0.20~0.79之间和0.15~0.65之间。从绝缘性能、液化温度和环境保护等方面来看,c-C_4F_8/N_2与c-C_4F_8/CO_2混合气体有可能作为SF_6的替代气体,应用在电力设备中。
英文摘要: To find a friendly alternative gas with low global warming potential (GWP) for SF_6,we investigated insulating properties of c-C_4F_8/N_2 and c-C_4F_8/CO_2 mixtures.Meanwhile, experiments in a sphere-plate electrode were done in different gap distance, pressures,and gas ratio of c-C_4F_8/N_2 and c-C_4F_8/CO_2 mixture gas under frequency AC voltage, compared with SF_6, c-C_4F_8,N_2 and CO_2 in the same conditions. And the decomposition products were detected after breakdown. Experimental results show that the breakdown voltage of mixtures increases as the gas pressure/gap length/ratio of c-C_4F_8 increases; there is a synergistic effect between c-C_4F_8 and N_2/CO_2; In slightly nonuniform field, insulation performances of 30% c-C_4F_8/N_2 and c-C_4F_8/CO_2 mixed gas are equal to 75% and 79% of pure SF_6 in 0.1 MPa; the synergistic effect coefficients of c-C_4F_8/N_2 and c-C_4F_8/CO_2 in 5%~30% mixing ratio are between 0.20~0.79 and 0.15 ~0.65,respectively. From the insulating properties,liquefaction temperature standpoint and environment, c-C_4F_8/N_2 and c-C_4F_8/CO_2 gas mixture may be used as an alternative for SF_6 gas in electrical equipment.
