中文摘要: 在全球气候变暖、能源争夺加剧的时代背景下,智能电网成为下一代电网的发展目标,智能家电网络系统是其中重要的一环,然而传统家电却面临着难以融入此新型系统的尴尬境地。本文着力于研究适用于传统典型家电的设备识别算法以解决这一难题,通过从智能插座获取的电器负荷序列数据,开展对人行为特征和典型住宅电器负荷特征的概括与提取,提出并实现了1种新的基于大数据Bayes分类的家电设备识别算法。通过对北京地区共15个住宅的7种典型家电设备(冰箱、电饭煲、电视、空调、笔记本、洗衣机、饮水机)进行测试,得出本文算法具有较高的正确率和较低的成本,具有良好的适用性。
英文摘要: In the wake of global warming and energy shortage,the smart grid has become the goal of the power grid development,for which intelligent household appliance network system is very important. However,it is difficult to combine conventional household appliances with new system. To deal with the problem,this paper focuses on the appliances recognition algorithm applicable to traditional and typical household appliances. By using sequential data of appliances power from intelligent sockets,the paper generalizes and extracts the characteristics of the occupant behavior and the power of typical household appliances. A new recognition algorithm of household appliances is presented and realized on the basis of Bayes classification model in large data. Seven types of household appliances (refrigerator,electric cooker,television,laptop computer,washing machine and water fountain) in 15 households in Beijing were tested. This algorithm is proved to possess higher accuracy,lower cost and applicability.
