The relationship between the reproductive phenology of plants and climatic factors was the result of the adaption of plants to nature environmental changes. The responses of the flowering and fruiting phenology of the plants to climate factors in Daiyun Mountain Nature Reserve were explored by Pearson correlation method. It was found that flowering and fruiting occurred among the dominant woody plants in a whole year. The flowering peak was from April to May among the plants in the families of Lauraceae,Fagaceae, Moraceae and Euphorbiaceae, which had significant and positive correlation with the mean rainfall, and had poor correlations with temperature, sunshine duriation, relative humidity, and wind velocity. The fruiting peak was from July to August among the plants in the families of Lauraceae,Moraceae,Euphorbiaceae and Theaceae, which had significant and positive correlation with mean monthly temperature, and had low correlations with mean monthly sunshine duriatin, rainfall, relative humidity and wind velocity. The results indicated that the climatic factors had some effects on the flowering and fruiting phenology of main woody plants, especially temperature and rainfall. This study would provide scientific basis for understanding the reproductive adaptability of plants to climate changes.
