中文摘要: 通过搜集和整理广西北部湾地区的南宁、钦州和龙州1951 - 2010年间的气象资料,研究了该区1951 - 2010年间气候变化及其厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜(El Nino - Southern Oscillation,ENSO)事件对广西北部湾气候的影响。结果表明,自1953年以来,广西北部湾地区年平均降水量处于下降趋势,下降率为4. 08 mm/10年,低于全国年平均降水量下降率(12. 69 mm/10年);年平均气温呈上升趋势,增长率为0. 14 ℃ /10年,低于全国年平均气温增长率(0. 22 ℃ /10年) 。广西北部湾地区在暖事件年的年平均降水量为1 550. 6 mm,比正常年的年平均降水量低24. 4 mm;年平均气温为22. 2 ℃,比正常年的年平均气温高0. 2 ℃; 呈现出年平均降水减少,平均气温上升的现象。在冷事件年的年平均降水量为1 591. 3mm,比正常年的年平均降水量高16. 3 mm;年平均气温为21. 9 ℃,比正常年的年平均降水量低0. 1 ℃; 呈现出平均降水增多、平均气温降低的现象。ENSO事件与该地区旱涝灾害关系显著,该区域的旱灾和涝灾主要发生在ENSO事件年或者前后年,并且旱涝灾害多发生在连续性的ENSO年。
英文摘要: Based on the collection of meteorological and natural disaster data in Nanning,Qinzhou and Longzhou of Beibu Gulf area of Guangxi,the effects of ENSO events on climate is studied. Statistical analysis of the relationships between the climate factors (precipitation,temperature,etc.) and the ENSO events clearly showed that the growth rate of annual average precipitation had a downward,the drop rate was 4. 08 mm·10a - 1,less than the national annual average precipitation decline rate (12. 69mm·10a - 1) since 1953; the growth rate of the annual average temperature was 0. 14 ℃·10a - 1,less than the national annual average temperature growth rate (0. 22 ℃ ·10a - 1). The annual average precipitation was decreased and the annual average temperature was increased in warm events happened years. The average annual precipitation was 1550. 6 mm and the average annual temperature was 22. 2 ℃. Compared to the normal years,the annual average precipitation was decreased at 24. 4 mm,the annual average temperature was increased at 0. 2 ℃. While in cold events happened years,the average annual precipitation was 1591. 3 mm and the average annual temperature was 21. 9 ℃. Compared to the normal years,the annual average precipitation was decreased at 16. 3 mm,the annual average temperature was increased at 0. 1 ℃. There was a significant correlation between the ENSO events and the regional drought and flood disasters,especially in the years of successional ENSO events.
