Climate change has become one of the most serious challenges for human society in the 21st century.Due to the particularity of their own,occupational populations are more vulnerable to climate change,which could cause disease,injury and even death.More importantly,climate change can indirectly lead to the reduction of work time and a decrease in labor productivity,which affects the social and economic development.Until now,studies on the impact of climate change on health in China have mainly focused on general population rather than occupational populations.In order to raise concern and awareness on the relationship between climate change and occupational health,this study reviews how climate change could affect the health of occupational populations and what pathways are;the study also puts forward some policy suggestions on future researches and prevention and control measures in relation to adverse influences of globle climate change.
