中文摘要: 缓慢性心律失常多由各种心脏基础疾病发展而来,主要影响患者生活质量及引起严重并发症。翁维良认为,缓慢性心律失常病机可从虚、痰、瘀立论,阳(气)虚、痰阻、血瘀为其基本病理因素,故以温阳益气、活血通脉为基本治法。同时根据患者阴阳、气血、寒热、虚实的偏盛偏衰及血瘀、水饮、痰浊的轻重程度,结合季节气候变化、生活居住地的不同以及年龄、体质等特点,辨证用药,使率增脉复,且在治疗过程中尤其重视中药使用的合理性与安全性。
英文摘要: Bradycardia arrhythmia, mostly developed from various basic heart diseases, mainly influences patients' quality of life and leads to severe complications. Prof. WENG Weiliang thinks that the pathogenesis of bradycardia arrhythmia is deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis. Yang (Qi) deficiency, phlegm blockade and blood stasis are the basic pathological factors. Thus warming Yang-benefiting Qi and promoting blood circulation-removing obstruction in channels are the basic treatments. Meanwhile, according to wax and wane of patients' Yin-Yang, Qi-blood, cold-heat and deficiency-excess, as well as the severity of blood stasis, excessive fluid and phlegm-turbidity, combined with seasonal climate change, different living area and characteristics of age, constitution, etc., medicine should be used based on syndrome differentiation. Thus heart rate increases and pulse recovers. In the course of treatment, rationality and safety of herbs are particularly emphasized.
