There is more controversial topic on Climate change mitigation policies impacting on the farmers' income.Based on the semi-structural income equation and the Sharplain equation,this paper examines the impact of climate change mitigation policies on rural household income and disparity based on the statistical data and survey data of one district and two counties in Turpan,Xinjiang.The results show that the implementation of climate change policy can significantly increase the income of rural households and reduce the income gap of rural households because of the protection and barrier effect on the agricultural production.
