中文摘要: 研究不同土地利用方式下土壤呼吸的动态特征,对于深入认识北方农牧交错区生态系统碳循环有重要意义。为此以河北沽源农牧交错区为例,选择自由放牧草地(FG)、围封草地(UG)、莜麦农田(AN)三种土地利用类型,于2015年生长季(69月)采用LI-8100A(Li-COR,Lincoln,NE)对土壤呼吸速率、表层土壤温度及含水量进行了同步测定。结果表明,三种土地利用类型土壤呼吸速率的动态变化一致,即78月较高,6月和9月较低。生长季期间,FG、UG、AN土壤呼吸平均速率分别为3.41、4.06、3.58 mumol· m~(-2)·s~(-1),土壤呼吸速率的日动态呈现出单峰型曲线,并且AN的土壤呼吸速率在9月30日凌晨出现负值;观测期间,UG(766 g·m~(-2))土壤呼吸累积量显著高于AN(661 g·m~(-2))和FG(644 g·m~(-2))。在生长季,土壤温度是土壤呼吸的主要影响因子,AN的Q10值(表示土壤呼吸对温度的敏感性)高于UG和FG,表明在未来气候变暖的背景下,北方农牧交错区草地开垦为农田后可能会加速土壤有机碳的损失。
英文摘要: The investigation of soil respiration dynamics under different land uses is critical for understanding the ecosystem carbon cycle from an agro-pastoral ecotone of northern China. In this study, three typical land uses, including Free-grazed grassland(FG), Ungrazed grassland(UG), and Oat cropland(AN), were selected in an agro-pastoral ecotone of Guyuan, Hebei. Soil respiration, top soil temperature, and water content were determined by using LI-8100A(Li-COR, Lincoln, NE)during the growing season(from June to September). The results indicated that the dynamics of soil respiration were consistent under three typical land uses, showing soil respiration rates were higher in July and August than in June and September. During the growing season, the average rates of soil respiration in FG, UG, and AN sites were 3.41, 4.06, and 3.58 mumol·m~(-2)·s~(-1), respectively. The diurnal variation in soil respiration exhibited unimodal patterns in FG, UG, and AN sites. Negative values were observed for AN in the morning during September 30. The cumulative soil respiration in UG(766 g·m~(-2)) was higher compared to that of AN(661 g·m~(-2))and FG(644 g·m~(-2)). Soil temperature was the key factor controlling the dynamics of soil respiration. The Q10 value(temperature-dependence of soil respiration)in AN was higher than that in FG and UG, which indicated that the conversion of grassland to cropland in this region could increase the loss of organic carbon in the background of global warming.
