Five movements and six climates theory in traditional Chinese Medicine is a subject that can forecast and control disease by studying the climate of day,phenological regularity and climate change on body's physiological and pathological effects. The human body presents the difference of individual constitution owing to the influence of the natural endowment during pregnancy,which affects the strength of individual Zang and Fu and the tendency to suffer from diseases, becoming the root cause of diseases. Based on the theory of inborn Five movements and six climates,analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovarian syndrome in constitution and Zang and Fu,drawing experience from ancient works, innovating the acupuncture principle on polycystic ovarian syndrome that guided by the theory of inborn Five movements and six climates,provides acupuncture treatment for patients and improves their prognosis after analyzing their different constitution caused by different years of birth. In other words,according to the treatment thinking of Five movements and six climates-constitution-Zang and Fu-acupuncture,taking constitution as the intermediary,Zang and Fu as the core, studying creatively the polycystic ovary syndrome patients'inborn Five movements and six climates,can effectively guide their acupuncture treatment and diseases prevention.
