中文摘要: 【目的】预测华西雨屏区檫木人工林土壤供氮潜力和氮矿化对温度和含水量的响应.【方法】采用室内培养法研究檫木人工林土壤在不同温度(5、15、25和35℃)和含水量[20%、40%、60%和80%的田间持水量(FWC)]处理条件下的氮矿化特征.【结果】土壤净氨化速率、净硝化速率和氮净矿化速率均随温度和含水量的升高而呈先升高后降低趋势,最大值均出现在25℃+60%FWC处理,且与除25℃+80% FWC外的其他处理差异显著(P<0.05).土壤氮净矿化速率(y_3)对温度(x_1)和含水量(x_2)的响应模型为y_3=-1.671 3+0.278 0x_1+ 7.541 3x_2-0.005 6x_1~2- 6.404 4x_2~2+0.008 8x_1x_2 (R~2=0.952, n=48),得出有利于促进土壤氮净矿化的最佳温度和含水量分别为25.6℃和61% FWC.土壤氮矿化作用在5~15 ℃范围内最敏感.【结论】华西雨屏区檫木人工林能够适应全球变暖趋势,可以增加土壤可利用氮含量,有较好的供氮潜力.
英文摘要: [Purpose] In order to predict the nitrogen supply potential and the response of soil nitrogen mineralization to temperature and water content of Sassafras tzumu plantation in the Rainy Area of West China. [Method] A laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to study the nitrogen mineralization characteristics of S. tzumu plantations under different temperatures (5, 15, 25 and 35℃) and water contents [20%, 40%, 60% and 80% field water capacity (FWC)]. [Result] The net ammonification rate, net nitrification rate and net nitrogen mineralization rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature and water content, in particular, the maximum values were at 25℃+60% FWC treatment and were significantly different from other treatments (P<0.05), except the treatment of 25 ℃+80% FWC. The response model of soil nitrogen net mineralization rate (y_3) to temperature (x_1) and water content (x_2) was y_3=-1.671 3+0.278 0x_1+7.541 3x_2-0.005 6x_1~2-6.404 4x_2~2+ 0.008 8x_1x_2 (R~2=0.952, n=48). The optimum temperature and water content for promoting soil nitrogen mineralization were 25.6 ℃ and 61% FWC, respectively. Soil nitrogen mineralization was the most sensitive in the range of 5-15 ℃. [Conclusion] The S. tzumu plantations in rainy area of West China can adapt to the trend of global warming, increase soil available nitrogen content, and have good potential for nitrogen supply.
