中文摘要: 冷却塔是一种应用于电力、化工等行业的大型构筑物,以往多采用钢筋混凝土薄壳结构.随着冷却塔建设规模不断增大,钢结构在大型冷却塔的结构选型中得到越来越多关注.针对钢结构冷却塔提出了一种由带支撑三角形网格构成的新型结构体系,对其布置方式、构件类型、工作原理、节点构造等进行了详细介绍,通过算例考察了结构体系的内力分布规律、刚度指标、稳定性等受力性能.分析表明,该新型钢结构冷却塔在结构层面受力性能良好,能充分发挥构件的力学性能,节点构造简单,自重轻,具有良好的技术经济指标,适合工程应用.
英文摘要: Cooling tower is a kind of large-scale structures used in power or chemical plants and mostly built of reinforced concrete in the form of thin shells. As the scale of construction has substantially increased during the past,steel structure becomes an alternative option in the design of cooling towers. In this paper,a novel structural system for steel cooling tower,which is composed of braced triangular girds,is proposed. Structural arrangement,working principle of structural members and nodal joint construction are introduced in detail. Structural behaviors,including internal force distribution,stiffness and stability,are investigated by an example. Results reveal that the global structure has satisfying structural performance by giving full play to the bearing capability of the structural members. The structural system exhibits good applicability by its structural performance as well as the simplicity of nodal joint construction and light selfweight.
