中文摘要: 在《黄帝内经》"天人相应"时间医学生命节律理论指导下,研究缺血性中风的发病节律,对于目前指导缺血性中风的预防具有非常重要的现实意义。具体在年节律方面,应注意季节不同人体的生理表现不同;不同的季节气候,会对发病产生不同的影响;不同季节应采用不同的养生方法。在月节律方面应关注月亮盈亏变化对人体气血的影响。在日节律方面应关注昼夜晨昏变化对人体阴阳气血的影响。
英文摘要: Under the guidance of "correspondence between man and nature" chronomedicine life rhythm theory in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》), researching the onset rhythm of ischemic stroke has important realistic significance to guide the prevention of ischemic stroke currently. Concretely, on the aspect of year-rhythm, it should be paid attention that physiological manifestations of human body are different in different seasons. Different seasonal climate could influent disease onset differently. Different regimen should be used in different seasons. On the aspect of month-rhythm, the influence of the moon profit-loss changes on Qi-blood of human body should be concerned. On the aspect of day-rhythm, the influence of diurnal fluctuation and morning-dusk changes on Yin-Yang Qi-blood of human body should be concerned.
