中文摘要: 以某型号汽车用冷却风扇罩为研究对象,拟采用新材料替换原材料,降低生产成本。以原材料风扇罩结构的动态特性为设计目标,对新材料风扇罩的结构进行改进。依据动态分析的结果,合理确定设计变量和约束条件,以Hyperworks为平台,风扇罩的1阶固有频率最大和体积最小为目标函数,使用全局响应面法(GRSM)对风扇罩进行多目标优化,得到改进方案,重新设计后与原风扇罩相比质量下降了14.9%,动态特性也较好,实现了材料的替换,研究方法具有一定的工程应用价值。
英文摘要: This paper takes an automotive cooling fan shroud as the research object.Taking the dynamic characteristics of original fan shroud as the goal to optimize the new fan shrouds structure.Based on the results of dynamic analysis of the cooling fan shroud,choosing the design variables and constraints reasonably.With the objective of maximization of first-order modal frequency and minimization of the cooling fan shrouds volume,using the global response surface method(GRSM) to run a muti-objective optimization and obtaining a modified design with Hyperworks platform.Redesigning the fan shroud according to the results of optimization.Compared with the original fan shroud,the modified fan shroud of new material has better dynamic characteristics and the mass of which decreased by 14.9%,achieving the goal of material replacement.This research method has a certain value of engineering applications.
