Drought and elevated temperature are two main manifestations of global climate change scenario, which significantly affect plantsgrowth and spread. Through different temperature and water gradients control, photosynthetic performance and antioxidative enzyme activities ofRobinia pseudoacacia L. seedlings were studied. The results showed that drought inhibited seedlingsgrowth, while short-term high temperature promoted their growth; height, leaf number, photosynthetic performance, POD and CAT were significantly affected by temperature, water and temperature * water; elevated temperature and drought would not only promote seedlingsincrease of antioxidative enzyme activities, but also seedlingsaccumulation of N and P, but excessive temperature and drought inhibited the accumulation of P.
