中文摘要: 为了更深入地探索高山土壤生态过程对气候变化背景下积雪动态和凋落物改变的响应, 2011年1-5月在川西高原采用PVC管培养土壤的方法,研究了3种典型土壤酶酶活(蔗糖酶,过氧化氢酶,纤维素酶)对积雪覆盖和凋落物添加的响应趋势.结果表明,积雪厚度对土壤温度和含水量起重要作用. 50 cm及以上的积雪明显降低了土壤酶蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶的活性,却对纤维素酶活性没有显著影响.凋落物的添加降低了蔗糖酶的活性,对过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶影响不显著.说明了气候变暖背景下冬季覆雪的变化和凋落物输入水平的改变会通过改变土壤微生物活性,进而可能对土壤生物化学过程产生重要影响.
英文摘要: To further explore the responses of alpine soil ecological processes on snow cover and litter addition under the background of climate warmer,the effects of snow cover and litter input on 3 important soil enzyme (soil invertase,catalase and cellulose) activities were examined by PVC culture tubes method in the western Sichuan Plateau from Jan. 2011 to May 2011. The results showed that the snow depth played an important role in soil temperature and soil water content. 50 cm and over snow depth reduced the soil invertase and soil catalase activities,while didn't influence the soil cellulose activity significantly. Litter addition reduced the activity of soil invertase,while didn't affect soil catalase and cellulose activity obviously. It illustrated that the change of snow cover and litter input in non-growing season under the background of climate warmer may have a significant impact on soil biochemical process by changing the soil microbial activity.
