中文摘要: 某汽车零件厂的镀铬件面框开发过程中经100 ℃高温烘烤与气候交变试验后其下部120℃转角处均出现开裂。通过X射线测厚法、显微镜、冰醋酸内应力分析、计算机仿真模拟等方法对镀铬面框的开裂缺陷进行了深入分析。结果表明:由于外罩与内框局部焊接力过大,限制了内框和镀铬框在高温状态下的膨胀,使镀铬框受到较大的膨胀力,从而导致应力较为集中的区域出现开裂。通过对外罩盖与内框焊点的优化,降低了焊接力,给予了内框一定的膨胀空间,成功解决了故障现象,满足了产品的质量要求。
英文摘要: In the R & D of the chrome frame of an automotive parts factory,the cracks formed at the lower corner around 120 ℃ after high temperature baking at 100 ℃ and climate change test. In this paper, X-ray thickness measurement method, microscope, internal stress analysis by glacial acetic acid and computer simulation were used to analyze the crack defects of the automobile interior chrome frame. Results indicated that the overlarge welding stress between outer panel and inner panel limited the expansion of inner panel and chrome frame under the high temperature situation. Consequently, the chrome frame was subjected to a greater expansion stress, resulting into the cracking of stress concentration area. After the optimizing of welding points between outer panel and inner panel,the welding stress decreased and the formed space was enough for the expansion of the the inner panel,and therefore,the problem was solved successfully and the quality requirement was met.
