中文摘要: 土壤碳转化是当前应对气候变化的热点问题之一。【目的】探讨咸水灌溉对盐渍化土壤有机碳和无机碳的影响,为盐碱土碳库建立和碳贮量的计算提供依据。【方法】选取壤土(A)、黏壤土(B)、粉质黏壤土(C)、砂质壤土(D)4种质地盐渍化土壤作为研究对象,在室内条件下用不同矿化度(0,2, 4,6g/L)的NaCl和Na_2SO_4盐溶液浇灌4种质地盐渍化土壤,模拟研究了咸水灌溉对盐渍化土壤有机碳和无机碳转化的影响。【结果】用不同矿化度的NaCl和Na_2SO_4浇灌盐渍化土壤后,土壤电导率均会增加,不同质地的土壤发生盐渍化的程度不同。【结论】对于土壤有机碳而言,壤土(A)和粉质黏壤土(C)之间差异达极显著性水平(p<0.01),黏壤土(B)和砂质壤土(D)之间差异达显著性水平(p<0.05)。对于土壤无机碳而言,不同质地土壤之间差异均达极显著性水平(p<0.01)。
英文摘要: Carbon conversion is one of the hot-point issues to address climate change, and an important component of global carbon budgets.【Objective】 Explore the significance of soil carbon processes and enhance development of strategies to establish and the calculate carbon storage.【Method】 The object of study was differed with soil textures, they were loam (A), clay loam (B), silty clay loam (C) and sand loam (D), respectively. A simulation experiment was conducted to study the effects of salt solution (NaCl, Na_2SO_4) with different mineralizations (0,2, 4, 6g/L) on soil organic carbon and inorganic carbon.【Result】 There were significant differences in soil salt, organic carbon and inorganic carbon for irrigating the different mineralization degree of NaCl and Na_2SO_4 solution in the four soil textures.【Conclusion】 There were extremely significant differences in soil organic carbon (p<0.01) between loam (A) and silty clay loam (C), and between clay loam (B) and sand loam (D),respectively. There were significant differences in soil organic carbon (p<0.05) between clay loam (B) and sand loam (D).Soil inorganic carbon had extremely significant differences(p<0.01 )between loam (A), clay loam (B), silty clay loam (C) and sand loam (D), respectively.
